And luckily for us, it will be performed in English! Following a successful world premiere in Edinburgh, the show arrives at the Garrick Theatre this autumn, bringing Emma and Dexter's unforgettable story to the stage with an original score and an acclaimed creative team. David Nicholl’s bestselling novel One Day is coming to the West End as a musical adaptation, starring Jamie Muscato and Sharon Rose reprising their roles as the romantic leads, Emma and Dexter.  The highly acclaimed world premiere hit Edinburgh last year rather fittingly, with both characters being from the city. The story follows a couple who spend a night together on 15th July 1988, knowing the following day they will go their separate ways living different lives. The audience will visit their lives on the same day, for every year, for the next 20 years. A lot can happen within a year, let alone one day.
